WELCOME!! Welcome to Oklahoma School Plant Management Association, Inc. , OSPMA.
OSPMA was formed in 1978 to address the need for members from different schools across the state to get together to discuss ways to better serve the Children of the Sate of Oklahoma by improving the buildings, transportation and custodial services through education of the staff and administration on ways to improve on cultural norms and bring the newest information on best practices to the schools.
OSPMA each year hosts a conference where member schools can come and meet with industry leaders in the fields of Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Transportation. This event is hosted at various sites around the state to offer the best opportunity for as many schools as possible to attend. OSPMA also has safety publications that can go to member schools for a small fee that complies with the state law for training on various issues for the school personnel.
This year the annual meeting will be held at Western Hills Resort in Sequoyah State Park on Lake Fort Gibson.
We look forward to your participation in the Tradeshow and the Annual Golf Tournament which sponsors scholarships for member schools students.

This is your opportunity to make your reservations for exhibit space at the 2015 Oklahoma School Plant Management Association’s State Conference this fall. We would be delighted to have you participate this year. We are offering registration to all vendors who have been members the past two years. In order to assure your company's preference of booth space location, send your payment in as early as possible.
You will find the diagram of our trade show under the convention tab and the registration form. By purchasing one exhibit space, you become an industrial member and immediately qualify for workshop discounts until June 30, 2016. Currently, plans are being made to make this year's meeting another big success. We will have vendor set-up after the Golf Tournament on September 23, 2015, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. on September 24, 2015.
The Trade Show will be conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015. We are also running the Trade Show through Friday, September 25, 2015, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. We plan to again have game night on Thursday evening. You are encouraged to attend and participate. This is an effort to give the vendors and school personnel an opportunity to better know each other. Historically, the remaining exhibit spaces will go extremely fast. So get your registrations in as early as possible.
This annual meeting has proven very useful to our long time vendor members in developing a successful and continuous working relationship with school districts across the State of Oklahoma who are members of our organization.
To reserve your booth at our 2015, Conference, please complete the enclosed registration contract and mail along with $450.00 for each 8'X8' booth space, to the following address: Jim Mitchell, Executive Director, OSPMA, 11201 Roefan Rd., Midwest City, OK. Make Checks Payable to: Oklahoma School Plant Management Association. Receipt for payment, trade show rules, and more specific information will be mailed after payment has been received. A booth space diagram is included in this mailing. Please mark on the registration contract your first three preferences as to your booth space location.
