THE 32nd ANNUAL CONVENTION

Text Box:        The Oklahoma School Plant Management Association and The State Department of Education is jointly sponsoring the 33rd Annual Convention.  It will be held at the Western Hills Guest Ranch, Sequoyah State Park, Wagoner, OK 74477 (8 miles East of Wagoner on SH-51), Sept. 29, 30, & Oct. 1, 2010.  Historically the first day is the golf tournament with post golf tournament cookout and awards.  The golf tournament information and registration form is located on the Annual Convention page.
      Approximately 50 industry vendors will be in attendance to display their products at the trade show on September 30 and October 1. The evening of September 29th, will be devoted to individual and family leisure.  The evening of the September 30th, plans are being made a meal and game night once again.  Topics to be covered will be decided by the Board of Directors in April of 2010.   Our annual business meeting will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. October 1, 2010.  Career-Tech Centers and higher education personnel will join the public schools in this educational workshop.  There will be a number of door prizes given throughout the convention.  The OSPMA will be giving cash door prizes and vendors will be giving a number of various prizes. Your OSPMA $40 registration will includes a free membership.  Do not miss this fall conference if you are involved in facility maintenance, upkeep or management in any way.  Mark your calendar and plan to attend.  
                 If you plan on staying overnight, you should make reservations as early as possible.  To insure the special convention rates of $70.00 per single or double, $80.00 per triple or $90.00 per quad, call The Western Hills Guest Ranch at (800) 368-1486 and mention that you are with the OSPMA convention..  Make copies as needed, complete and mail the registration below.  Membership is free when you register for the annual convention.  One membership entitles the school district to membership discounts at our various workshops during the current school year and a discount on our Safety Programs.      Print, complete the registration form and send it to our executive director.  The mailing address is on the form.
