THE OSPMA SCHOLARSHIP

The Oklahoma School Plant Management Association (OSPMA) sponsors a scholarship for graduating seniors who are children of OSPMA members.  Every eligible Oklahoma graduating senior is invited to apply.

Interested applicants will be evaluated in the areas of need, academic excellence, citizenship, leadership and community service.

A panel consisting of the OSPMA President, Vice President and the Past President will be responsible for the evaluation of all applications.  Any panel member with an eligible student will be replaced with an OSPMA board member selected by the other two.  The decision of this panel will be final.

Many applications are expected and strong competition is likely.  The panel will select two or more finalists and schedule personal interviews.  Two winners will be selected.  The scholarship amount is $1,000.00 for each winner to be paid in two installments of $500.00 per semester.  Payment will be mailed directly to the Educational Institution where the winners have been accepted for enrollment.  Travel expenses to and from the interview will be the responsibility of the applicant.
