Full amount must be submitted with this completed contract.  Upon receipt of payment company becomes immediate Industrial Member of OSPMA and qualifies for applicable membership discounts at OSPMA Workshops through 6/30/11.

 Space assignment will be made on a first - received basis Depending on payment, each booth will be 8’ x 8’ or 10’ X 8’ pipe and draped booth with a covered 6’ table, one identification banner, and two chairs. A limited number of 110v electrical outlets will be available.  Electrical service shall be deemed at the exhibitor’s expense.

 A copy of OSPMA conference Rules And Regulations will be provided to each exhibitor at a later date. The Rules and  Regulations will provide detailed information regarding the conference and vendor setup.
