This is your opportunity to participate in the 2010 Oklahoma School Plant Management Association’s State Conference this fall.  We would be delighted to have you participate this year.  By purchasing one exhibit space, you become an industrial member and immediately qualify for workshop discounts until June 30, 2011. Currently, plans are being made to make this year’s meeting another big success.  We will have vendor set-up on September 29, 2010, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. & 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. on September 30, 2010.  If you plan on spending any nights, we encourage you to stay on site, rooms are limited so make your reservations as early as possible. 

The Board of Directors have constructed the agenda, it is located on the Annual Convention of this website.  Some vendors will be selected to provide generic presentations.  If you are interested in making a presentation, contact me as soon as possible.   More information is located on the Annual Convention & Membership page of this website.   This year the convention will be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in September 29, 30, & October 1, 2010.  The golf tournament and vendor set-up is on Wednesday.  Thursday and Friday will be devoted to the trade show with some presentations between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.  Plans are also to have a meal & Game night on Thursday evening.   The Trade Show and other presentations will continue on Friday, October 1, 2010, until 12:00 noon.

For those of you who have participated in the past, we appreciate it and encourage your continued support.  If you haven’t attended before, we think we can be of value to you and would like to see you at this year’s convention.  This annual meeting has proven to be invaluable to our long time vendor members in developing a successful and continuous working relationship with school districts across the State of Oklahoma who are members of our organization.  

One of our ongoing activities is a scholarship program for members’ children.  This is funded by The Jim Shields’ Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament, which will be held on September 29, 2010, at the Sequoyah Golf Course.  Golf registration forms are included on the Annual Convention section of this website.  Our anticipated attendance is between 130 and 200.  Help us grow and provide continued valuable support to the educational process of the students in the State of Oklahoma.  To reserve your booth at our 2010 Conference, please print then complete the Exhibit Space and Service Contract and mail along with $400.00 for each (8X8) or $450.00 for each (10X8) booth space to Ron Bowman, Executive Director, 106 Quail Creek Lane, Skiatook, OK  74070.
